I want to create a level 29 Rogue for PVP. I want to go daggers so I can ambush and backstab, but I cannot seem to find any consistant builds. Some favour the energy return of Relentless strikes and Vigor while some favour crit enhancing like Lethality. What would be the best for an Ambush/Backstab build?

Personally, I would do something like This

The reasoning behind this is because You'll crit a ton more with ambush, and it will be harder for others to pull you from stealth.

With a build focusing on ambush, you'll be a glass cannon, The goal here is to take one enemy out before any others can tell that you're near. And with decent gear, you should be able to pull that off really well.

The Term "Glass Cannon" simply means that you deal a ton of damage, but you break easily. Considering that mail is the highest armor in the 29 bracket, Rogues are glass cannons. Especially with the build above, as you have almost ZERO defensive abilities, no parry chance increase, ect. So yes, you'll be a glass cannon – Deathstream Oct 31 at 1:58
Using two 'similarly geared' -- almost the same gear score -- players, a rogue and a paladin at level 29, their armor offers 27% and 37% reduction of physical attacks, respectively, with 400 difference in health. A mage (the canonical glass canon), on the other hand, offers only 10% reduction of physical attacks. A mage at that level with the generic frost pvp build would also have frost armor, and mana shield, whereas a rogue with the build above would have zero defensive ability, no 6% increased parry, no riposte, no ghostly strike, ect. So to be fair, the spec above is a glass cannon in comparison to other pvp builds – Deathstream Nov 1 at 20:05
