Clique-like functionality for keyboard buttons

I am looking for an addon (or other solution) with similar functionality to the addon Clique, only with the ability to bind abilities to keys on my keyboard.

I am aware of mouseover macros, and while these would provide the functionality I am seeking, there is an important caveat- I only want those buttons to function in that way when I am mousing over a target in my raid frames (Grid).

An example of current functionality would be on my resto shaman. Mouse4 is bound to Cleanse Spirit in Clique, and Clique has all frames disabled other than Grid. I also have Mouse4 bound to Wind Shear (by way of Dominos), so if I move my mouse off of my Grid frames, it functions just like any other hotkey, and Wind Shears my current target.

What I would like to do is have my normal hotkeys behave in this fashion, where the "target=mouseover" portion of the binding is only in effect when mousing over my raid frames.

I would like to know of an addon that can provide this functionality, or a way to do it within Clique, or even with macros more complicated than basic [target=mouseover] type.

Thank you in advance!

I expect one of our macro-masters will be along shortly to help, but I think that in the meantime:

/cast [@mouseover,help] Cleanse Spirit ; Wind Shear

Will do what you like: specifically, this checks that the mouseover target is a 'help' target (friendly), and if so, casts Cleanse Spirit. Otherwise, it casts Wind Shear.

You can also get more complex:

/cast [@mouseover,help] Cleanse Spirit ; [@mouseover,harm] Purge ; Wind Shear

This will purge the mouseover target if it's an enemy (for example, if you're hovering over your target-of-focus on Jaraxxus, to purge the boss).

The useful macros for shamans page may have some more suggestions as well.

(My biggest problem with mouseover macros is that when I'm about to cast, some raid member runs underneath my cursor, and suddenly I'm Cleansing them instead of Wind Shearing my target. Not fun.)

This is exactly the reason I'm not big on mouseover macros, the field functionality really hurts their actual usefulness. For me, anyway. – Darae (Apr 6 2010 3:45 PM)

I use these macros all the time - to avoid the issue mentioned above, I tend to hold the left or right mouse button if I plan to cast on my target (the moue disappears to avoid that issue), and I use the unit frames for mouse over healing teh raid/party. – Lyise (Apr 6 2010 7:09 PM)

Check out Vuhdo Wow.com: Addon Spotlight Vuhdo

I believe it give you the ability to not only keybind your mouse but your keyboard keys or N52 if thats what you have.

Before I install what appears to be a very feature rich addon, will the desired functionality still work if I do not use the built-in raid frames? (with Grid, specifically?) – Darae (Apr 6 2010 5:10 PM)

While i do not know how it will work specifically with grid, i do use it without the builtin frames and instead use the HealBot raidframes. – DankDarko (Apr 6 2010 6:51 PM)

After spending way too much time messing around with this addon, I have discovered that in terms of binding the keyboard, it does no more than essentially mimic the behavior of simple mouseover macros. It sure has a whole heck of a lot of features though. – Darae (Apr 7 2010 6:04 PM)
