I am looking for a way to sync/port my WOW calendar to my Google calendar and just wondering if this is possible and if so how?

The Armory has the ability to export calendars in ICS form, which should be importable to Google calendar: simply login to the Armory, go to the "Calendar" tab, and click the RSS-looking "+" button to the upper right.

You will be given a chance to enter up to 5 character names, and export the calendar as a link that you can then import into other clients; I have tested this in iCal on a Mac, and it works great, including showing invitees who have responded, etc.

I do not know if this works in Google Calendar, but the Armory page specifically mentions Google Calendar as a potential target.
