I'm looking for a a guide or list to which quests (per dungeon) that you should pick up when leveling through the dungeon finder. The wiki has a list of all the quests for a specific dungeon but maybe there is something more streamlined?

Yup - but at least putting these links, and using the `#Quest_guide` or `#Quest_Guide` link to go straight to the quest sections may actually help. I'm going to try to come up with a good way to show the info inside the CW answer directly, there is just a lot of it :) – ♦♦gnarf

I would suggest finding as many of the instances/quests as you can on Wowhead.com or any of the other popular WoW data sites. For your convenience, I have included links to the quests for each instance below.
Remember, that some quests may not show up under the zone (more likely in the old world), because they are part of a chain, or because they show up under the zone where you pick them up.
