I am only detailing new abilities or a revamp for an old ability, not improvements or the full talent changes

Abilities

Smoke Bomb Free line of sight cooldown.
Combat Readiness Defensive cooldown
Redirect 1 minute cooldown

Talent spells

Vendetta Revamped Hunger For Blood
Revealing Strike New combo point generator for Combat spec
Cold Blood is getting an energy return
