I'm wondering if there have been any hints dropped as to what the in-game item for Blizzcon 2010 attendees and viewers will be?

The official news will most likely be released by a blue poster in the WOW official forums first. At this moment the companys focus is on the release of SC2 in my opinion, but when the time get closer we should get more official announcments to build momentum towards the event. If you did not get tickets and still opt in to buy the Direct TV/ Internet cast Blizzard will also share an item with those customers even if you were not physicaly present in the event.

Yeah, I got 2 online stream tickets (for the wife and I) because they're including the in-game item as well. Otherwise I'd have just waited for the youtubes of it to trickle out :) – MR337

MMO-Champion data mines and then releases to what they think will be future items etc. Hence why I mentioned the "official news" which later MMO-copy paste in their forum from Blue-post to confirm the sites spoilers. Thank God for MMO-Champion becasue I sure can't wait for Blizz to announce stuff. – Kuwabara
