How can you kill a resto druid as a rogue?

If you use Wound Poison, it reduces the healing that they take by 50%. Also, if you kick any of their heals that take a cast time, it stops them from using their instant h.o.t.'s for the duration of the interrupt as well.

That is a very hard 1v1, if the druid is amazing it's going to be near impossible (in my opinion). coming from a former resto druid.

I actually found a very easy way, all you have to do is kick them when they are casting regrowth or nourish, that will lock them out of their instant heals for a little bit. Put wound poison on one weapon that way they take less heals and then you just gotta pay attention to what they are casting, if you get enough interupts in there you should be able to get them down in no time. By the way it will take a while to kill them.

It's pretty easy, make sure you got Wound Poison on one of your weapons so they won't heal as much and interupt(comes with a silence) them when they are casting a healing spell. For some reason though, really geared resto druids can outheal me with just using HoTs and i'm a fury warrior in PvE gear. So it's going to be a pretty tough fight if he's good.

Wound Poison can be removed by a druid, a smart one will keep Abolish Poison active, it's basically a HoT that removes poisons every 3 seconds, so even continually re-poisoning will have a reduced effect.

It will still have some effect while the removal waits to tick, but less than you expect. Unless you're lucky with it being reapplied every hit (the chance to be applied for Wound Poison is modified by your weapon speed, slower weapons having higher chance).
