Northrend and Outland changes in Cataclysm.

I am an avid WoW player and know the majority of azerothian and Draenic Lore so my question is this... Will there be any Geographical/Quest/Graphic changes in Northrend? after all its on the same PLANET as Kalimdor and the Eastern Kingdoms, I understand that its a seperate expansion completely but fact of the matter is, is if earth had a cataclysmic event that spread from the entirety of the Americas (north and south) to Asia ( the whole continent ) there is NO WAY that Europe antarctica and africa would be unaffected. And concerning Outland, if the leveling scheme of azeroth is being "REVAMPED" then why not somewhat change the leveling scheme of Outland? not changing the actual lay out just making a few quests available once you reach a certain level that say GO TO THIS AREA TO QUEST rather than the constant drone of quests in the same province. And lastly will there be any graphical changes in either Outland or Northrend?

I'd expect there to be graphical changes throughout the game, I'm looking forward to see what comes of Zangarmarsh with the new water effects implemented. As for quests, Blizzard has stated that they wanted quests from level 1 to 85 to feel more like you're accomplishing something beside going and killing 20 bears for some fur scraps. From what I've heard from some people in the beta, even at really low levels the quests seem to be less tedious and much more fun, and I see no reason why they wouldn't bring that to Outlands and Northrend. In particular, there are a couple of quests that come to mind that you won't be able to do in those locations anymore. The first is the fight for Undercity, as that quest line now ends at the cinematic after the Wrathgate quest. Secondly, the major chain in Nagrand for Horde players that ends with you going to Thrall in Orgrimmar and bringing him back to Nagrand to have a talk with Garrosh Hellscream should be going for obvious reasons. I wouldn't expect a full revamp in quests in both locations, but there should be a fair amount of new material. If they're completely redoing 1-60, I see no reason why there won't be some changes from 60-78, although I wouldn't suspect any Cataclysm related quests in Outlands, and few if any in Northrend. Lastly, you might get a kick out of the proposed new loading screen when zoning into Northrend, showing the new Lich King in Arthas' place.
