Wipes on Heroic LK 25-man

How many wipes / nights / weeks can I expect my guild to spend wiping on Heroic LK in 25-man?

We are of average skill, have good leadership, and raid 9 hours/week.

I know Premonition had over 100 wipes, but they're some of the best players in the world.

When you start getting to phase Two consistently, triple the time you spent getting to that point. Expect to spend that much time on P2 and possibly as much again perfecting P3 While P2 is still shaky.

My guild, Zephyr wiped on HM LK for about ten weeks. Attempts began with the 15% buff and ended with a successful kill the night the 25% buff was released.

Expect to use all remaining attempts every week for many weeks. I figure guilds just reaching HM LK will be spending around ten weeks; some may take fewer, some may take more. It depends on the strength of the core, the speed at which people stop repeating silly mistakes and, at least a bit, on luck.

There is no definite amount of time it will take. The top guild on my server only spent a few weeks on it. The second best got to LK the same time the #1 guild did and they are still working on it full time 5 days a week (not even attempting halion until all of there attempts are used each week). At 30% though i would imagine that if your guild is average, starting attempts on him right now, and nothing affects the core (tank Gquitting, people having crappy internet ((which is what screwed over premos kill)), bad attendance, etc.) then my estimate is some time in October if you use all of your attempts every week. This being said HM LK is a fight where the pressure is on every single person (unlike other encounters where you can have a stupid dps that makes a mistake) for if one person doesn't switch to a valk, move out of defile, etc. then it is probably a wipe. HM LK proves that your team is only as strong as your weakest player.
