since cata came out i just cant get a good spec build and/or rotation can some 1 give some advise to me plz?

You can take a look at this article on WoW Insider. It's slightly outdated (written for 4.0.1) but I'm sure it will be updated for 4.0.6 at some point. Just keep following the site or other WoW column sites.
