I'm playing an undead Warlock, and the enchanting vendor in Undercity doesn't sell Silver Rods. The AH on my server is asking more than I'm willing to pay. Can I acquire one elsewhere?

A friendly Blacksmith or in trade chat is your answer.
Get the mats, and start asking if anyone can make it for you. Do not be surprised to pay a tip.
The mats are:
- 1 x Silver bar
- 2 x Rough Grinding Stone
A rough grinding stone is also made by a blacksmith, and takes 2 x Rough Stone to make

I would like to comment that in higher levels of Enchanting, you will have to have more rods (ex. arcanite) which will be a considerable expense and a little more difficult to acquire the materials, so make good friends with your blacksmith! – starwarspunk

You may consider adding wowhead.com to your bookmarks. There, you could do a search for "Silver Rod" and it would give you quite a bit of helpful info. :)
